To start, take the pallet apart
When you receive the goods, remove the pallet board and separate the feet from the runners. It’s fast and can be done manually or with the Looper, the automatic dismantling machine.

Then, put the pallet runners in the BackBox, freeing the warehouse
We supply the BackBox container where you can stack the pallet runners. One BackBox holds up to 24 pallets, i.e. 72 runners, in an area of approximately 1m2, freeing precious storage space.

Finally, earn a fee for each BackBox we pick up
As soon as your BackBox is full, we will come and pick it up. As well as gaining space you will also make money: for each box we pick up we’ll pay a fee – a new extra bonus for you.

First, assemble the pallet
We send you the pallet you want ready for assembly. You can put it together by hand, by turning the easy-to-screw caps, or with the Looper, the automatic pallet assembly machine. As well as speeding up the process, the Looper guarantees maximum efficiency and precision, while saving you effort.

Now deliver the goods
Once your pallets are assembled, load the packages and ship them. You can transport any load: the pallet board is custom-made according to the type of goods you are shipping, adapting the cost of the pallet to the weight of the products.

Then, forget about it
Once the goods have arrived, you can forget all about pallets: we will come and get them. This way you have more time to dedicate to your company’s day-to-day business.

When we collect the BackBox, we check the condition of the runners and sterilise them; this guarantees a consistently high quality of pallet with no surprises. After maintenance, we send the runners back out and the cycle starts again.
